The things schools ask before anything else. Each course page answers more.
Sweet publishes the resources for two Pearson BTEC qualifications — Personal Growth and Wellbeing, and WorkSkills — at Level 1 and 2. Centres get printed workbooks, staff training, a named person who knows your centre, and help with registration, Internal Quality Assurance, claims and certification.
Yes. Both qualifications carry GCSE equivalency — up to two GCSEs, depending on the size you choose. There is no exam: learners are assessed on the workbooks they complete in class.
There are three separate costs and a centre pays all three: workbooks, learner registration and a one-off training fee for staff. Registration is usually the largest of the three, so a workbook price on its own understates what a cohort costs. Current figures are on each course page.
Order a free sample pack, or get in touch and we will talk it through with you. Training is booked before you begin, learners are registered through Sweet, and we help manage the process from there to certification.
Delivery models, assessment and internal verification, Welsh-medium provision or how to get started mid-year — we are happy to talk it through.
